Meet the team
Milligan
Chief Happiness Officer
After more than two decades leading teams in the advertising world, Nikki began questioning what it really means to thrive — not only personally, but at work. That curiosity led her to study the science of happiness and positive psychology, including earning a master's degree in Happiness Studies and a certification as a Chief Happiness Officer. For the first time, she had language for how she had always lived and led — and a framework to share it with others.
She is also a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader — because sometimes the most evidence-based thing you can do is laugh. Whether she's leading a boardroom session, or a team workshop, Nikki brings an infectious energy and playfulness that makes even the most complex well-being concepts feel accessible, fun, and genuinely human.
Today, she works with individuals, teams, and organizations to build people, build belonging, and build culture — bringing evidence-based ideas to life in ways that are practical, engaging, and deeply human.
Our personal and professional lives are deeply intertwined. We don't leave who we are at the door when we arrive at work — which is why authenticity, psychological safety, and whole-person well-being matter so much.
Happiness isn't a fixed state. It's something we practice, strengthen, and create over time.
NIKKI’S STORY
Having spent years in fast-paced corporate environments, Nikki understands the pressures people and leaders carry. She also knows that well-being looks different depending on the season of life you're in — whether you're building, navigating change, leading others, or reimagining what comes next. And she knows that knowing what supports our well-being isn't the same as doing it. Real transformation happens when we close the gap between knowing and doing — and turn good intentions into everyday practices.
Her approach blends play and purpose, science and real life, curiosity and compassion. A systems thinker at heart, Nikki sees the whole picture — the individual, the team, the culture, and the conditions that connect them — while never losing sight of the creative, human moments that make our lives and our work come alive. She creates engaging experiences that people can feel, use, and carry forward.
