About Us

Linda Grubic

Human Flourishing Consultant

Life shapes me. Science grounds me. Together, they guide my work.

I work with people who are doing well on the outside but quietly questioning how sustainable or aligned their life feels on the inside.

Many of the individuals I support are capable, thoughtful, and deeply committed to their families, their work, and the people around them. They are often the steady ones others rely on. And yet, beneath that strength, there can be a growing sense that something within needs attention—whether it’s clarity, direction, or simply the space to reconnect with themselves.

As a Human Flourishing Consultant and ICF-certified coach, I support individuals who are ready to move beyond constantly holding it all together and into a way of living that feels more honest, sustainable, and aligned with who they are now.

I work with individuals one-on-one and through small group coaching circles, creating space for both personal depth and shared growth.

My work is both reflective and practical. Together, we explore the patterns, expectations, and internal narratives shaping your experience, while also working with tangible tools to help you shift how you think, respond, and show up in your daily life. This isn’t about becoming someone new; it’s about returning to yourself with greater awareness and intention.

With a Master of Arts in Happiness Studies and training in applied positive psychology, wholebeing happiness, and mindfulness meditation, my approach is grounded in evidence-based practices while honoring the complexity of being human. As an NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) practitioner and student hypnotist, I also integrate techniques that help uncover and reshape the thought and belief patterns that often operate beneath the surface.

I take an integrative, systems-informed approach, recognizing that your well-being is shaped not just internally, but through your relationships, responsibilities, environment, and the roles you hold. Through a thoughtful, curiosity-led coaching style, I create a space where insight turns into clarity—and clarity into meaningful, sustainable change.

At Mingle & Marvel, I work with leaders, caregivers, educators, and individuals navigating growth or transition—people who have spent a long time being strong for others and are ready to be more intentional with themselves.

Specifically, I help you:

  • Reconnect with a sense of purpose and direction when what once worked no longer feels aligned

  • Build resilience and emotional awareness so you can navigate challenges with greater steadiness and ease

  • Recognize and shift patterns in how you think, communicate, and relate to yourself and others

  • Move from simply managing life to living it in a way that feels more intentional and fulfilling

My work begins with what I believe is essential: nurturing the nurturer.

Ultimately, my work is for those who want to live and lead with greater presence, integrity, and ease.

If you’re ready to reconnect with yourself and live in a way that feels more aligned, grounded, and whole, I would love to work with you.
