About Us
Linda Grubic
Co-Founder, Human Flourishing Consultant
Life shapes me. Science grounds me. Together, they guide my work.
Many of the people I work with are capable, thoughtful, and outwardly successful—yet privately navigating questions of alignment, meaning, or sustainability. They care deeply about how they live and lead, but sense that something within needs tending.
I believe that human flourishing is not something we achieve through a single practice or mindset, but through how we integrate meaning, connection, and well-being into everyday life. Life is both challenging and beautiful, and it asks us to grow with awareness and intention through each season.
As a Human Flourishing Consultant and ICF-certified coach, I support individuals who are ready to move beyond “holding it all together” and into lives that feel grounded, purposeful, and whole. With a Master of Arts in Happiness Studies and training in applied positive psychology, wholebeing happiness, and mindfulness meditation, my work blends evidence-based insight with deep respect for the complexity of being human.
I take an integrative, systems-informed approach—recognizing that well-being does not exist in isolation. It is shaped by our relationships, responsibilities, environments, and inner narratives. Through a Socratic, curiosity-led coaching style, I create compassionate, thoughtful spaces where reflection becomes clarity, and insight leads to sustainable change.
At Mingle & Marvel, I work with leaders, caregivers, and individuals navigating growth or transition—people who are often strong for others and are ready to be more intentional with themselves. My focus is on cultivating emotional literacy, resilience, and connection, beginning with what I believe is essential: nurturing the nurturer.
I am also the author of the Blooming Petals children’s book series, a creative extension of my belief that emotional well-being and inner flourishing are lifelong skills—best nurtured early and revisited often. Storytelling is another way I help make complex ideas accessible, human, and meaningful.
Ultimately, my work is for those who want to live and lead with greater presence, integrity, and ease—not by striving harder, but by aligning more deeply with what matters most.
