What’s Included:

  • A live Kick-off Zoom Connect on March 31st (7:00pm EST)

  • A Whatsapp group for daily motivation.

  • A check-in half way through (9am EST)

  • Encouragement, inspiration & joy all month long

  • A supportive community that cheers you on

What’s your commitment?

  • Daily movement or exercise for at least 10–20 minutes outside.

  • Sharing your progress with a supportive community

  • Noticing one beautiful thing (experience some awe moments)

  • Sharing a daily photo.
